She maintains close professional relationships with leading hand surgeons throughout the Front Range, the Denver Metro area, and surrounding regions, supporting seamless continuity of care for patients.

Mitzi has developed particular expertise in treating rock climbers, designing targeted treatment protocols and return-to-activity strategies that address the unique physical demands of climbing. She also specializes in working with musicians, helping them safely return to playing their specific instruments. As a guitar and piano player herself, Mitzi brings a firsthand understanding of the repetitive, high-precision demands placed on the hands and upper extremities of performing artists.

In addition, Mitzi is highly skilled in the fabrication of custom splints and orthoses for both rehabilitation and sport-specific needs, including cycling, rowing, hockey, lacrosse, and other athletic activities. Her approach emphasizes individualized care, functional restoration, and empowering patients to return to the activities that are most meaningful to them.
