Certified Hand Therapy, LLC specializes in the rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. We are experts in treating all diagnoses involving the upper extremity. We have extensive and specialized experience with pre and post surgical conditions and are experienced in all

post surgical therapy protocols, as well as being able to implement surgeon specific protocols which are required for proper recovery and

successful return to functional use of the upper extremity. We are dedicated to helping patients rehabilitate function and improve their quality

of life.

 

We are conveniently located at the corner of 23rd and Pearl Street in the Whittier Square Office Complex in Boulder. Our office is open Monday through Friday and offers appointments as early as 8:00 a.m. and as late at 5:30 p.m. 

 

To become a patient at Certified Hand Therapy LLC, you may be referred by a physician, or in many cases a referral is not necessary. We

accept most insurances, including Anthem BCBS, Cigna/ASH, Aetna/Hollista, Medicare. Medicaid, Optum/UHC. Reasonable cash rates are

also available.
