Our Services

Soft Tissue Mobilization
Manual soft-tissue mobilization by our therapists is a key component of rehabilitation. These techniques enhance circulation, decrease swelling, and help restore tissue mobility and function. We tailor mobilization methods to each patient’s condition and tolerance, integrating them with therapeutic exercises, edema management, and functional training to support optimal recovery.
-
Range of Motion
Our therapists provide targeted joint mobilization and stretching of the hand, wrist and forearm to restore and expand range of motion, enabling patients to regain the movement required for daily tasks.
-
Exercises
Our therapists develop personalized exercise programs tailored to each patient’s needs, designed for use both in the clinic and at home to restore range of motion and build strength in the hand and arm.
-
Dry Needling
Our clinic owner, Mitzi, is certified in dry needling. This technique targets a muscle’s motor point to deactivate painful trigger points, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation and improved function.
-
Ultrasound
A noninvasive therapy that delivers focused sound waves to reduce pain, relieve muscle spasms, and promote healing of soft-tissue and musculoskeletal conditions.
-
Cold Laser Treatment
A noninvasive therapy that employs near‑infrared light to accelerate tissue repair, decrease pain and inflammation, and help restore function.
-
Custom Splint Fabrication
Custom splints provide tailored support, protection, and positioning to promote healing, restore function, and prevent reinjury. A certified therapist designs each splint after assessing range of motion, pain, tissue integrity, and goals. Materials and design prioritize comfort, durability, and compliance—whether for immobilization, movement restriction, muscle support, or joint alignment. Patients receive a custom fit, adjustments, education on wear and care, and coordinated follow-up to integrate the splint into their therapy plan.
