We believe patients should have a clear understanding of the cost of care before beginning therapy. Below is an overview of our self-pay rates for therapy services. Please note that rates may vary depending on the type and length of visit.
Price Transparency
Self-pay rates apply to patients who choose not to use insurance or whose insurance plans are out-of-network. Please note that we are legally unable to accept self-pay payments from patients enrolled in Medicaid. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, self-pay patients may request a Good Faith Estimate prior to services being rendered
Initial Evaluation: $145.00
Follow-Up Therapy Visit (per 30 minutes): $85.00
Custom Splint or Orthosis Fabrication: $95.00– $606.00

Self-Pay Rates
For patients using insurance, charges are based on contracted rates with your insurance carrier. Your responsibility may include deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance as determined by your plan. Coverage varies by policy, and we encourage patients to contact their insurance provider for specific benefit information.
Our billing team is happy to assist with benefit verification and general questions when possible.
Insurance-Based Services
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. This fee is not billable to insurance.
